    Tristan Dorling

Core Subject: Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Mantra Meditation

At the tender age of 16 years, Tristan first began his practice of yoga at school, and at the age of 19, he traveled to the Himalayas to live in a Buddhist Monastery - Mahayana. This opened the getaway towards knowing about the spiritual life giving him the first introduction to higher teachings of yoga and spirituality. A year later, he had his first awakening experience after a meditation retreat in a Buddhist Cave Monastery in Thailand. Then he experienced the awakening of Kundalini in the following year. He continues his education of Buddhist meditation and yoga, and also travels to yogic lands like India, Nepal and Sri Lanka to continue his practice and learn in various monasteries and ashrams. In the year 2006, after unraveling the mystical layers of the yogic science for around 19 years, he started teaching Yoga and Meditation as a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, India. He learns and practices under the esteem guidance of influential teachers like Amritanandamayi (Amma), Yogani, Ajhan Amaro, Tapkay Lama, Ajahn Succitim and Swami Sri Hans Raj Maharajji. His teaching is integral that incorporates all the eight limbs of yoga, and focuses on spiritual purification, self-realization, and other physical aspects of yoga.

    Amandine Perrin

    Core Subject: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

She refers to herself as a Yoga Researcher, which surely doesn’t go well with everyone. But for her, it is the accurate definition to be given or associated with a true yogi who is driven by an invisible force, search restlessly, and practice to capture the true essence of life in its purest form. For Amandine, the path of yoga began early during her childhood in the form of question and curiosity. At the age of 20, she went out to travel the world in search of answers about life, and returned unsatisfied. And then yoga came to find her giving her all the answers she was looking for. She welcomed yoga into her life and walked on the path of inner silence and transformation. She then studied about yoga and become a trained certified yoga teacher, and now with AYP offering this ancient knowledge with her students. She finds pleasure in transmitting her experience and knowledge of yoga and traveling.
