Program Description

The week at Portugal during your retreat turns out to be amazing crediting to this beautifully formed yoga vacation program. The focus of the retreat is on the cultivation of inner silence, peacefulness, and inner purification.

Facilitating the same, the curriculum of the program is structured in a way that it equally gives time to all the needful practices including asanas, spinal breathing, deep meditation, Samyama, Pranayama, and more. The sessions are conducted providing full instruction and guidance.

Tristan Dorling

Tristan Dorling is an amazing yoga teacher, who was introduced to this cosmic of health, wellness, and enlightenment at a young age of 16. He began his practice at school and at the age of 19 he traveled to the Himalayas living in Mahayana Buddhist Monastery, where he was first introduced to the higher teachings of yoga that made him aware of spiritual life. He experienced his first awakening, a year later, after a meditation retreat in Thailand at a Buddhist Cave Monastery. In the following year, he experienced the awakening of Kundalini. He continues his yogic education, and traveled to India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka learning at various ashrams and monasteries gaining authentic knowledge. Practicing and learning the ancient science for 19 years, in the year 2006, he started his teaching career after his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, India. His teaching is integral and includes the practice of eight limbs of yoga, spiritual purification, and self-realization.

Amandine Perrin

According to her, every passionate yogi is a yoga researcher, as they are driven by an invisible force, search restlessly, and practice capturing the true essence of life. Amandine is a trained yoga instructor with years of experience. For her, the holistic path began early during her childhood days in the form of being curious about life. She left her home at the age of 20 to travel the world, in search of answers to her question and returned unsatisfied. But then yoga entered in her life to end all the curiosity of hers, and she welcomed the ancient art wholeheartedly and started her voyage on the path of transformation and inner silence. For Amandine, the biggest pleasure in her life is offering the yogic wisdom she acquired in these many years and sharing her traveling experiences with her students.
