The port city of Valencia is the third-largest in Spain and is known for its Art and Science. A magnificent place with lively vibes, Valencia is a wonderful city with a thriving culture, lip-smacking cuisine, and nightlife scenes.  Many contemporary buildings grace the city, great museum and a long stretch of beach that makes Valencia more enjoyable. 

The ten days of mindfulness and yoga retreat on Cullera Beach in Valencia, Spain is not just a wellness vacation but days of living a yogic life. Yoga and meditation is a way of life, and the program integrates the participants in it the same way. With the daily practice, become more aware of the present and deepen the knowledge and practice of both yoga and meditation.  

To make the ten days worthy, the organizers have planned the curriculum uniquely adding every aspect of yogic learning and fun into it.

  • 12:00pm- Free Time

  • 03:30pm- Free Time
  • 06:00pm- Yin Yoga, Mantra and Pranayama, Osha Dynamic Meditation or Qigong
  • 08:30pm- Dinner
  • 10:00pm- Rest and Silence

To have a restful and comfy stay, the organizer offers a great accommodation space to live, eat, sleep, and reverberate. The living space is designed beautifully with seven spacious rooms- six single and one double, and two well-facilitated bathrooms.

Every room has windows and enclosure, and are embodied with basic amenities to make it all comforting for you. The rooms are painted with pop colors making the space lively, positive, and refreshing.

During the ten days mindfulness yoga retreat, the organizer focuses on rebalancing the being, where food plays a major role.  To help the guests, they serve healthy three meals a day with refreshments and drinks throughout the day.

The organizers take extra care of your dietary preferences and cater to all types of requirements like vegan, organic, vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free or raw food.

The center of Be Mindful Yoga provides space to withdraw, revive, and reset the being. The center is well-equipped with modern amenities and has comfortable rooms, bathrooms, massage space, yoga and meditation hall, kitchen, and an amazing outdoor space.

  • To book your seat, a reservation amount of 50% is required for the total price. 
  • If you cancel the booking, the deposit will be fully refundable. 
  • You need to cancel the booking up to 20 days before of arrival date to avail full refund. 
  • The rest of the payment must be made 4 days before of arrival date.
