It was 2009 when the process of change began as he accidentally got introduced to yoga. It was the time when he was about to be a dad and didn’t want to pass his miseries and bad habits to his children. Yoga came in silently and helped him with his addictions, bad habits, and made him mindful. He has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years, and after his training of 9 months of Hatha Yoga in Syrian Association of Caudiel, and two years training as a mindfulness consultant, he desires to share his way of life with others based on his experience.

The retreat programs are uniquely crafted, adding the hue of Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. The daily schedule gives you a clearer insight into the program.

  • 10:30am - Vipassana Silent Meditation (not guided)

  • 06:00pm - Yin Yoga, Mantra and Pranayama, Osha Dynamic Meditation or Qigong

The beautifully designed house has seven spacious rooms to accommodate guests comfortably, six of which are single and one with a double bed and has two bathrooms.

Every room has windows and enclosures and is well-embodied with basic amenities. The rooms are designed well, using pop color to give a lively, refreshing, and positive vibe.

The center has a fully equipped kitchen where delicious meals are prepared. During the retreat, you’ll be served three meals a day, along with refreshments and drinks throughout the day.

The meals are cooked, adding the nutritious quotient as they use organic products during the preparation. The organizers take special care of your dietary preferences and cater to different needs including vegan, organic, vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free or raw food.

Be Mindful Yoga

Nestled besides one of the best beaches of Valencia in a beautiful and magical house in Cullera, Be Mindful Yoga allows you to replenish at a quiet beachside with no large influx of people and grow deeper into the practice.

The center is a cozy space providing a withdrawal time. The house is fully equipped with seven spacious rooms, two perfectly equipped bathrooms, and one kitchen. It also has a room for yoga and meditation session, outdoor space of yogic practice, and massage therapy area. The center is one comfy cozy space to revive and restore the well-being.

Payment And Cancellation Policy

  • To reserve the seat it requires a booking amount of 50% of the total price. 
  • The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel booking up to 20 days before the arrival date. 
  • Rest of the amount to be paid 4 days before the arrival date.
