YTT at Blue Osa- worthwhile journey! Blue Osa and the 200 hr YTT provided an amazing journey. Aaron and Karina are a wealth of knowledge. Being up bef
ore the sun to meditate was beautiful yet challenging.
I coupled the quiet time each morning with a walk on the beach. This was my favorite time to reflect and soak up nature, with a different, beautiful, inspiring backdrop each day.
I would do the 300 YTT if I had the time and $. Over the month, I would have liked more fish and more variety on the menu with garlic warnings. But that’s just my preference.

A transformative experience I didn’t know what to expect coming into Blue Osa, but it was one of the most transformative experiences I had. If t
his place calls to you, go for it.
I went for the 200hr YTT and I gained so much knowledge that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The food is delicious and it’s all taken care of for you by the wonderful staff so you can fuel yourself without worry and dive into your practice. Ahhh it was so lovely. I felt so close to my environment and so safe.
Even though it’s off the grid, I felt so connected to the community we shared. I had my fears because it was my first time traveling outside of the country alone, but the moment I stepped onto Blue Osa, I felt absolutely safe and knew I was going to be taken care of while I challenged myself and immersed myself in the world of Yoga. If you’re thinking about going, trust the calling and transform yourself.

Amazing place, fantastic staff and teachers. Thank you!!
I went to Blue Osa for a Yoga teacher training (YTT), and thank God for that choice! Ever
ything was well fought through and perfectly executed. The support from the staff was perfect!
With such a tough undertaking as a YTT one needs good staff so that there are no distractions from the learning. If I was to mention a personal pet peeve it was that there were 2 days a week with either fish or meet on the buffet (which one could just choose not to have, but which in my opinion has no place at a YTT) and alcohol was sold (again, one could just choose not to have any, but it has no place at a YTT).
This was in no way a problem, just a fact/personal choice that I disagreed with. The wet weather ment that EVERYTHING was damp and moldy, but with the high level of teaching and excellent conditions, this disappeared in the background. Can't wait to go back!

Life changing experience I recently attended the YTT at Blue Osa and the experience was better than I could have imagined.
Not only was the trainin
g itself transformative but the entire team was warm, friendly, caring and just a lovely group of people. Yogi Aaron has created a place of beauty and warmth and has brought together a team of individuals who make you feel like a part of their family.
I am so fortunate to have had this opportunity and to have met such beautiful people in my training group. I look forward to returning one day!

Bule Osa YTT 200 Hr. My experience at Blue Osa during the Summer of 2019 200 Hr YTT was amazing to say the least. The resort itself is so unique and t
he attention to detail in the whole resort is tremendous. Every corner of the property reminds you that you are in a sacred, loving place.
But the staff is where Blue Osa stands out above the rest. The staff at Blue Osa make you feel incredibly welcomed and safe. They understand the property is sacred and make you feel invited and warm.
All staff respects the quiet hours in the morning which makes the stay incredibly peaceful. Yogi Aaron at last is an incredible host and teacher. He leads with love and makes all people feel welcome in his sacred home.
He is insightful and well-prepared to deliver an experience that is truly life-changing.

Transformative I attended a yoga retreat at Blue Osa in 2015 and when I left I knew I would return one day. I did return in November 2019 for the 28-d
ay Yoga Teacher Training Immersion and Blue Osa was every bit as wonderful as the first time I was there.
From the teachers (Yogi Aaron and Karina Ayn Mirsky) to the setting, the experience was everything I hoped for and so much more.
I am so grateful for the time I spent at Blue Osa and I'm fairly certain I will return again one day!
Namaste
