Transformative I attended a yoga retreat at Blue Osa in 2015 and when I left I knew I would return one day. I did return in November 2019 for the 28-day Yoga Teacher Training Immersion and Blue Osa was every bit as wonderful as the first time I was there.
From the teachers (Yogi Aaron and Karina Ayn Mirsky) to the setting, the experience was everything I hoped for and so much more.
I am so grateful for the time I spent at Blue Osa and I'm fairly certain I will return again one day!
