    My name is Felicia and I am an American originally from New Jersey. I have lived all over the world, including Hawaii, Switzerland, Samoa, Germany, Dubai, and Malta. I have extensive experience traveling and planning trips, as well as hosting / touring others in places that I know and love. * I have been practicing Buddhi Yoga since 2012, under the founder of the discipline, as well as her students. I have been certified since 2015, and since then have taught all over the world, including Hawaii and other parts of the USA, Singapore, China, Romania, Germany, Cyprus, and Malta.


The Big Island of Hawaii is a place like no other. The youngest Hawaiian island has much to explore, and we will be staying busy seeing much of what it has to offer. Black, white, and green sand beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, an active volcano - the Big Island is a paradise for nature lovers, and we will be spending most of our time outdoors - hiking, swimming, and doing Buddhi Yoga.

The Big Island is also the birthplace of Buddhi Yoga, and we will be exploring this practice in great depth in the area of its founding. You will leave the island feeling fit, tanned, and relaxed, having left the planning to us.

Every morning will begin with a power Buddhi Yoga Session.  After our practice, we will spend our days swimming, hiking to beautiful beaches, snorkeling, and enjoying all that the island has to offer.

Buddhi Yoga is a form of yoga that combines cardio, dynamic yoga, ab sequences, awesome music, hip hop twerking, tribal dance, and a whole lot of Buddhi-shaking! This practice will kick your ass-ana and push you to challenge what your body is capable of, but it will also make you laugh, love, and connect to your strength and sacral chakra.

  • Coastal Drive with stops for scenic views and hikes to waterfalls

  • Volcano National Park (Volcano Activity Level Permitting)

Day 5

Day 6

  • Beach Hopping with opportunity for snorkeling, dolphin spotting

You will be staying in various accommodations around the Big Island as we circumnavigate the island. In this way, you will minimize driving times and maximize the activity times (the Big Island is big). Expect to stay in 2 or 3 different locations.

We will be staying in accommodation on par with 4-5 star hotel accommodation.  Each participant will have their own room, and either their own bathroom or share a bathroom with another participant.

All breakfasts are provided and will be composed of varied delicious and healthy foods suitable for all dietary preferences.

Either lunch OR dinner will be provided each day of the vacation and will mostly be taken at local establishments.  The food will comprise of delicious and healthy local options, suitable for all dietary preferences.  

All other meals will be at the individual's discretion.

My Active Vacations break the tired mold of “retreats.” While travelling to a destination and practicing at beautiful villas is noble, it is limiting in adventure. 

Active Vacations are an opportunity for adventurous travelers to explore a place fully while still achieving their fitness goals.

Our group jumpstarts the day with a Buddhi yoga session and spends the rest of the day exploring the destination in an active way. Whether it be hiking, swimming, or exploring the local sights, we’re sure to keep moving to the rhythm around us. 

Best of both worlds? Our Active Vacation allows for a vacation experience stimulating to the body and mind. Let’s increase our fitness, while mentally relaxing from the stresses of life.

We will be doing our yoga at varied places - our accommodation, various yoga studios, and outside in beautiful Hawaii!

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking.  The remaining 80% will be divided into two further payments, to be taken in entirety no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the vacation.
