Immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga as you reconnect with nature and yourself. Our 200-hour Transformative Hatha Yoga Teacher Training takes place in our eco-conscious jungle-beach paradise.
This Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School aims to help you discover and connect with your true self and to share your voice in the world.
This training helps you not just learn about the teachings of yoga, but how the teachings of yoga and other tools help us to be better people for others and the planet.
Awesome place with great food and kindest staff
I stayed 3 weeks at Costa Dulce for a Yoga Teacher Training. Me and two other girls shared a house, which had two floors and one bathroom. Our balcony had the most amazing ocean view! The rooms are clean, they have mosquito nets and the windows are sealed so no bugs come in. We were served three delicious meals a day in a community area.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, ... the staff would adapt to everyone’s wishes. And I can’t forget to mention the desserts. I would come back for the desserts only. Plus the beautiful environment, the quality of the yoga classes and the most friendly staff ever. Shout out to girls from the spa as well: I received one of the best massages in my life, no lie. And I got a cacao facial done, which felt so great.
We also did some awesome activities. We went for a hike in the jungle, took a bath in the waterfall, planted trees with Tim from Vital Actions, saw baby turtles being released and we spent a day on the catamaran. I totally recommend Costa Dulce if you are looking for an awesome and conscious getaway. Yoga, surf, clean air, ocean views, great food! I didn’t want to leave yet so I’m still here volunteering for Vital Actions. Saving turtles, cleaning beaches, planting trees!

Monica believes that yoga free us from the limitation of the mind, and lets us connect with our true selves. Drawn towards the practice of liberation since 1997, yoga helped Monica to find more freedom and connect her to her real self. She attended a yoga retreat, and realized her goal, and to pursue the same she travels and teaches yoga. For her yoga is the ideal and only tool of transformation, reuniting body, mind, and breath, move beyond past, awaken consciousness, and rediscover the true nature of the self. She is working hard to share the ancient art with others, as she believes yoga has the power to change the world and we must start it from ourselves. She is a trained yoga teacher, Thai Yoga Healer, Massage Healer, Reiki Expert, and Yoga Life Coach.
Set between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, Nicaragua is a nation in Central America that is known for its scintillating beaches, dramatic terrain of volcanoes, and mesmeric lakes. Each of our unique bungalows is nestled among the hills next to the ocean, most with an ocean view!
They are blend of traditional local architectural style and modern craftsmanship with some open air design elements to capture some of southern Nicaragua’s famous off-shore breeze.
The retreat offers four healthy vegetarian meals daily that are freshly prepared for the students. Most foods are made on-site and some are grown on-site!
Enjoy freshly made breads, tortillas, baked goods, cacao, smoothies, and more! Our chef’s are able to accommodate special dietary needs.
