Our Refresh Yoga Retreat is everything you could dream about experiencing at a Bali yoga retreat, and so much more. Our huge custom-built yoga shala is immersed within the tropical jungle and rests above a flowing river.
As you sink into your yoga and meditation practice you will listen to the sounds of the birds and the gentle water currents below. Our yoga retreat offers more yoga than any other retreat of its kind.

Such an amazing experience!
What a wonderful week - I feel so relaxed and recharged! Escape Haven really is an experience worth investing in. The staff are absolutely amazing and took such great care of everyone.
Transport was always available to take us where we wanted to go, the food was absolutely delicious and the grounds are so beautiful. I chose the yoga option and loved the variety of classes.
The teachers - Marieke and Frankie - are also really lovely. I was a bit nervous because I’m just a beginner but they were really patient and helpful. I stayed in the off-site villa (only 5 mins from the main grounds) and it was beautiful! The bathroom especially.
The staff were also more than happy to drive us to and from the villa if we wanted. Overall, I’m so glad I chose Escape Haven.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge and reconnect.

Twice daily classes are offered on site, plus you will recive a pass to two of Canggu’s very best acclaimed yoga studios. This opens the door for you to experience a wide array of styles and teachers- including Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Acro, Ariel, Tantra, Ashtanga and more!
At Escape Haven we pride ourselves on having three full time yoga instructors on staff to help guide you through your yoga journey. We are able to meet you exactly where you are at and help you deepen your practice in a safe, supportive and inspiring way.

Twice daily yoga and meditation sessions in our open air yoga shala and tropical gardens. Unlimited yoga and meditation sessions at two well loved yoga shalas with over 12 classes a day to choose from. Aerial yoga, dance, meditation, yin, partner yoga, chakra rebalancing, to name a few!

Escape Haven
Our retreat complex is the largest of all Bali women’s retreats and sanctuaries. Rather than being in one villa with adjoining rooms, we have huge grounds with many private villas dotted around them, nestled in lush tropical nature.
