This location offers gorgeous mountain views, incredible sunrises and magical sunsets. Beautiful accommodations in our mountain styled retreat house.
Each day the sun rise will guide us into an empowering class focused on expansion of the body and breath. Each class includes powerful and accessible movement, energizing exploration through breath, releasing and relaxing through postures and therapeutical techniques.
You will leave your training gifted with the knowledge and wisdom to teach yoga as a sacred practice for transformation and healing. Rituals for self care, enriching your vital force and ways to center through meditation techniques to live your life in a constant state of growth that provides peace within.

- 9:00am Breakfast
- 10:00am-11:00am Coursework Group Review
- 11:00-12:00am Energetic Study
- 12:00pm-1:00pm Asana Workshop
- 1:00-2:00pm- Practice Teaching

- 3:00-3:30pm Meditation or Earthing Expereince
- 3:30-6:00pm Wisdom Workshop
