This 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training (and retreat) gives you the foundation that you need to return back to your world to start teaching Yoga confidently and with excellence. You will learn the basic fundamentals of Yoga, it’s philosophies and will learn how to deepen not just your physical practice, but your mental, spiritual and emotional practice as well.

YTT with Kennedy was revolutionary for me. A beautiful combination of diving into the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga through anatomy training, detailed review and practice of basic and advanced yoga postures and instruction on meditation and the Yoga Sutras.
A fine balance of instruction that left me feeling 100% prepared and excited to teach on my own. I absolutely loved this training and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about yoga, improve their personal practice or becoming a yoga instructor.

I did the 200h teacher training in May 2018. Kennedy has a big heart and she's a truly high vibrational person, who genuinely wishes to share the healing power of yoga. The training contained a good mix between vinyasa, yin and the poses from the Bikram series (Hot 26) and moved at a good pace.
Food was delicious and the setting couldn't have been more scenic, with the Pacific Ocean as backdrop and wild monkeys in the trees. I highly recommend doing a teacher training with Kennedy and her team!

Kennedy Wilkinson is an E-RYT 200, based out of Yakima, Washington. Upon completing her first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2014, she opened the doors of Renú Hot Yoga in February of 2015, where she has been teaching ever since. Her passion for Yoga started in 2012, where she attended her first hot Yoga class and fell in love with the practice.

Your lodging is on the coastline of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Nearby, you will find the perfect beaches and surf spots. Kennedy carefully chose just the right chef to provide quality, fresh, gourmet vegan and gluten free meals.
Deposit of 25% of entire tutition is due to reserve your spot in the confirmed immersion which is non refundable. If you do need to cancel your immersion, you cna apply your deposit to any future KW Yoga Teacher Training immersions.
