GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
1.- To know, explore and apply the fundamentals of functional anatomy, biotensegrity and movement principles in a fun and comfortable way in your own being in order to guide authentic, conscious and safe classes.
2.- To facilitate accessible and creative classes, respecting the bio individuality of each being and learning to think outside the box of yoga.
3.-To reawaken the ability of interoception (to sense from within) and empower the student to recognize his/her own body knowledge and be able to take his/her own decisions about what works and what does not for his/her body.
3.-Connect with the tools you need at this time for the transition to a state of radical well-being.
4.-Understand and live the interdependence with nature that surrounds us and inhabit the earth from the sacred.
5.-Live a transformative, deep and fun experience.
You will be sharing a beautiful cabana with other 3 personas in bunk beds, with shared toilets and showers.
You will be enjoying delicious home made and organic meals, some of the ingredients will come from the permaculture farm you will be staying at.
The food is mainly vegetarian, the cheese and the milk that is served is organic, coming from the cows that are in the farm.
We create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and grow as a yoga teacher and movement educator. We embrace multiple movement modalities while acknowledging the common goal we all share: living in and supporting the development of strong, capable, pain-free bodies. We dig deeper. We venture beyond the yoga realm to incorporate science and research into our teaching. We are big believers in the power of education.
This training is intended to be a catalyst for your potential and help you find inspiration, shake off the lethargy, awaken the natural intelligence of life itself and rethink your view of the world and your being in it. Through experience and knowledge of traditions of the east, the west, indigenous wisdom and the recent scientific knowledge of the universe; the educational methodology alternates between communality and facilitation, motivating the person to think critically, awaken the creativity inherent to the human being, and be able to facilitate transformational experiences.
