Yoga lovers across the world have recognized Bali as a spiritual haven for practicing yoga. It is known as one of the yoga capitals of the world where Hinduism is the main religion. As soon as you arrive in Bali you will get to know how important their religion and culture is to the Balinese.

Start your day with the specially designed morning yoga session to open and strengthen the muscles, tune in to the breath and connect the mind and body. Post sessions, healthy and delicious buffet breakfast will be ready by the swimming pool.

After breakfast, you can explore the property, walk through the rice fields, wander in Ubud town, book a massage or tour, take a cooking class, rent a moped or just sit back and relax. In the evening, there will be a mindfulness meditation session. Enjoy the fresh and organic Balinese style buffet dinner at around 8 in the evening.

Throughout the week, the participants will learn about yoga philosophy and mindfulness practice and their importance so as to inculcate the practice in their daily lives back home.

For this retreat we will be staying at the Soulshine Bali, a haven nestled amidst the magnificent rice field terraces of the village of Ubud. Experience the comfort of home along with a community feel of an ashram with an open-air yoga studio at this stunning boutique hotel. While exploring the property, you will get to walk to the Durga Temple through the rice fields, take a dip in the gorgeous swimming pool, relax and rejuvenate with a deep traditional Balinese massage or simply indulge in mouth-watering delicacies at the hotel.

The participants can select from Lotus Villa or Terrace Villa – both are deluxe rooms with AC and built in wardrobes. All rooms have beautiful garden views.

Everything at Soulshine is prepared by keeping the guests’ health and wellbeing in mind. We strongly believe that food plays a very important part in a person’s overall fitness and thus, every meal here is prepared with fresh ingredients and the menu is predominantly vegan.

We also offer non-vegetarian food. We source the ingredients from our own organic garden and neighboring farms and have tropical, super healthy juices along with the lip-smacking meals.

This retreat is ideal for participants who wish to take a step back and unwind for a few days. The retreat program is designed to suit both beginners as well as advanced level practitioners.
