Radha is the Creator and Director of Happy Healthy Pokhara Retreat.  She has a sociology certificate from the School of Learning, Jana Matri College in Kathmandu She is an RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher from the Himalayan school of Yoga in Pokhara, Nepal. Radha teaches beginner to intermediate yoga classes at the retreat. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She has five years of training and experience in the application of herbal remedies for health and healing.

I had a wonderful stay at Happy Healthy Pokhara Retreat. I stayed 5 days and did the detox. It was challenging to go longer periods without food and s alt but totally worth it. I completed the 5-day detox retreat and really loved it. Albert has many years of experience in the field; after a long discussion of my complaints, h e gave me good tips about nutrition and explained how to help myself by changing my diet. We ate organic vegetarian food every day and although it was simple, it tasted surprisingly good. I was also given an interesting mix of super powerful Nepali herbs every day, some of which are quite rare I believe (if you want, you can also buy them and continue detoxing your body after the retreat). The location was beautiful too, with snowy mountaintops so close by. Yoga, meditation, enema, full-body massage.. It all made me feel very clean, fresh and relaxed in both my mind and body.
