My spiritual name Sarita shakti means "energy flowing". The spiritual name is my  Dharma, the duty towards myself. That's how I am, I flow with the energy of life.In my opinion yoga is one of the most powerful tools to improve our interior. It is also a reflection of our way of seeing things with a more positive outlook. After 18 years of dedicated teaching and personal growth, I continue to dedicate myself to sharing yoga in all its aspects.
