Each day during this retreat you will focus on a different chakra or aspect of the subtle body. You can spend the day resting or exploring.

At the center, you can spend time daydreaming, journaling, or relaxing in the cozy nook or hammock or go on an adventure like horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, or surfing. In the evening we will gather for our yoga practice that will also prepare you for a calming night’s sleep.

    Stacy Broussard

    Core Subject: Yoga Instructor

She embarked on her yoga journey at the age of 12 when she had to leave the gymnastics team due to wear on her body. Yoga was a perfect replacement for her and she found it challenging yet gentle and encouraging. She left her full-time job in 2006 and traveled to Baja, Mexico for a month to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. She has a gift for helping her students find peace, balance, and strength they didn’t know existed within them. Her teaching is intuitive and calming and she teaches Hatha style with a focus on safe body alignment. To her yoga ‘feels like home’ and she practices yoga not only for herself but for those around her as well.

    Jackie Kinealy

    Core Subject: Yoga Instructor

After attending her first yoga class in 2007, Jackie knew that she had found something that would change her life. And sure enough, since then yoga has been an essential part of her personal growth and spiritual exploration. She has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Michelle Maue at Clayton Yoga in 2014 and is pursuing her 300-hour certification. Strongly believing in the transformational abilities of yoga, she is grateful to help people on their journey as a teacher and a guide. She is playful in her teaching approach with an in-depth knowledge of Vinyasa. Her challenging postures are balanced with a grounding opening and a calming savasana. Besides yoga, she grows her own vegetables and herbs, cooks, entertains, ride her bike, and spend time with her family and friends!
