Reviews

Suzanne was so open and welcoming. We did a variety of activities including yoga, vision boarding, meditation, and mindful eating. She was truly passionate about helping me achieve my goals. The individual retreat was exactly was I needed to set myself back on track. The lodging and food accommodations were wonderful. I am forever grateful and have made a lifelong connection.

I initially booked the yoga/paddle board retreat at Casa De Chinquapin in early May, because I was unhappy at work and in life. I needed something to help guide me through this time in my life. Then I got layed off and that of course changed everything. It was truly a blessing in disguise. I was so happy I had booked the retreat. To sum up the week up... I would say it was nothing I expected and everything I needed. I had a wonderfully relaxing, spiritual, meditating and fun week. Suzanne was a wonderful host and very accommodating. I would totally recommend this retreat for anyone who may be struggling with something in their life, needs a break from reality or just wants to relax and have fun.
