Swasti Yoga - Rishikesh
It is often said that those who practice yoga and meditation in this legendary place, along with bathing in the sacred waters of the Ganges river, have a much better chance of achieving spiritual liberation or moksha . Today, this ancestral abode of yogis and renunciants of material life, who retired to the natural hiding places of the Himalayas in search of transcendence and realization, has been partly colonized by the claim of spiritual tourism on a large scale.
However, this has not been an impediment to Rishikesh still offering a magnetic devotional beat within a considerable and appreciated atmosphere of calm, as well as a multitude of attractions and the possibility of enjoying the genuine tradition of Yoga and the natural wealth of a privileged environment.
