Peaceful haven Having been to kerala once before, I decided to return on my own to experience a detox/yoga week away. I chose Carnoustie and was not d
isappointed! It is a beautiful, calming resort with immaculate gardens, stunningly appointed rooms and superb Ayurvedic treatments.
The staff are all delightful and I was completely comfortable being on my own.
The pool is quite lovely and I experienced a private early morning swim each day, followed by some very good yoga classes held both early morning and evening.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, either as a couple or individually and would definitely return myself
