The yoga classes with Tayrn are the best classes I have ever experienced and whether you have never done yoga or are a skilled yogi, the classes are for everyone and challenge you both mentally and physically but, there is no stress to go beyond your capabilities.

The Ayurveda treatments are coupled with blissful yoga sessions, offered by our passionate, experienced and intuitive yoga teacher.
The yoga classes are catered to all levels, suitable for first-timers to the mat, to more experienced practitioners. A special evening candlelit yoga nidra and meditation class is also a highlight of the week.
We are often unaware of the deep healing that comes with spa treatments. That’s why on top of the four Ayurveda sessions, this package also includes four additional spa treatments - offering the most pampering of any of our packages.
