The retreats will take place at Yoga Maithri in Kochi India.
During this retreat, you will take part in daily morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions with herbal drinks, 12 Ayurveda detox massage, one Kerala kathakali live performance, one Bharatanatyam dance (Indian classical dance) live program, one Backwater island tour with a small canoe boat, and one Cherai beach (Vypin island) tour.
Daily schedule
- 7:00 AM - Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras
- 9:00 AM - Herbal drink
- 9:30 AM - Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras
- 10:30 AM - Break fast (Fruits, nuts, Tender Coconut)
- 12:30 PM - Vegetarian lunch
- 2:30 PM - Ayurvedic detox massage.
- 5:00 PM - Herbal drinks
- 5:30 PM - Yoga Meditation, Pranayama Satsang
- 7:00 PM - Dinner
The accommodation is at Salamath Homestay . The distance between yoga center and salamath homestay is 300 meters.
Three time meals are included which are organic and vegetarian.
