    Becky Khalil is the Founder and Director of Shanti Atma Yoga. She is the lead trainer and loves working with both her students and her heartfelt teaching team. Free spirited is her nature at heart with passion and fearlessness to reach her goals, dreams and vision, and to help everyone she meets along the way to reach theirs. Becky believes that anything is possible and loves to watch people thrive in following the fire led by their hearts. Becky comes from a meditation background, however she takes solace in the practice of Yoga, Mindset, Aromatherapy and Meditation, all together when things get tough. Igniting self empowerment, authenticity and divine self through freedom, expression and self care is her vision for everyone she crosses paths with. Location

The Spanish feeling is one that cannot be forgotten. Begin the day walking bare foot and end the day with dipping your feet in the pool and connecting to Mother Earth. Yin and Yoga will the day in between with wisdom and insight of self love and freedom.

This course will take you through the techniques and practices of Yin Yoga to its very core and will focus on functional ways to integrate them into your yoga practice, teaching and daily habits.

With a retreat-like vibe, this is the perfect opportunity to continue your yoga journey to self-discovery. If you are feeling stagnant in your teaching or like you don't know enough about yin yoga, this is the course for you! We will cover everything you need to know about anatomy, fascia, chinese medicine, and art of teaching to get you teaching confidently and with ease. 

Wake up to yin yoga in the morning to move you into the flow of the day. Morning theory classes will intricately take apart the components of yin yoga. Lunch breaks up the day and is followed with the art of teaching interactive sessions that keeps your development growing. Evening asana and other practices close the day.

Villa Constantine is situated on the sunny southern coast of Spain, perfectly located between the mountains and the seaside for a retreat-like vibe, not too far from the city. The villa itself is nestled into the Spanish hills, a beautiful wonderland where human meets nature, nature meets heart and heart meets soul. The serenity of this Spanish countryside is blissfully unique, providing a place to retreat in nature. The spacious, modern rooms are beautifully decorated, and each space in the villa adds its own little flavour to the course. Join the group for morning yin practice in the wooden yoga shala, spread out in the lounge for theory sessions, chill out by the pool during your breaks, and enjoy the view over the mountains during mealtimes.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place. Remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before course start date.
