    Becky Khalil

    Core Subject: Yoga Instructor

Becky believes that anything is possible and loves to watch people thrive in following the fire led by their hearts. Becky comes from a meditation background, however she takes solace in the practice of Yoga, Mindset, Aromatherapy and Meditation, all together when things get tough. Location

Amara Retreat is only 20 minutes from Maroochydore Airport, 10 minutes to Peregian Beach, 1 1/2 hours from Brisbane and 20 minutes to Noosa.

This 11 day residential Yin Yoga Teacher Training course is more than just training in yin. It is a journey to self-discovery, a hands-on learning experience with a retreat-like vibe in a beautiful location. After this course, set in the beautifully luscious hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, you will feel humbled and ready to take the next steps on your yin yoga journey. The relaxing and warm environment offers the perfect setting for education, support and self development. The course includes all materials, food and accommodation.

Yin Yoga is the gentle application of tension and compression to the body which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue. The practice is characterised by long, static holds, using floor based asana for muscle relaxation and myofascial release, allowing for a meditative focus. Yin Yoga focuses on strengthening the inter-connectivity of the physical, mental, emotional and energetic dimensions of the body and its systems.
