Set in the magical, healing land of Bali, the Mega Detox Retreat struck the fine balance between organized activities to surrounding areas and sites,
educational sessions, cleansing and healing ceremonies, a rainbow of juices and exquisitely prepared, raw food meals, fantastic yoga classes, and rest and relaxation.
Mony and her team run a first-class yoga center and the skillful and wise retreat leaders, Jessica and Abria, created a safe space for all of us to heal, connect, reflect and grow. The week was filled with heart, laughter, authentic conversations and moments of self- discovery. I left glistening from the inside out, overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation for Ubud Yoga Center and all who were a part of the journey.

Is this the most spectacular yoga centre in the world? The beauty of Ubud Yoga Centre is awe-inspiring. Set on a steep escarpment overlooking jungle a
nd a flowing river, this architect-designed studio is a yogi's paradise. Not one detail has been forgotten, from fans hanging above post-class recovery seating to hooks in the showers, the Ubud Yoga Centre has clearly been dreamed up by a yogi with a vision.
I can't fault this place - friendly staff, amazing teachers, solar-heated infra-red heating that is exactly the right temperature and a chilled coconut water served in its shell after class...can I move in? Congratulations Mony - you're an inspiration. I'll be back tomorrow!
