Such an amazing experience!
What a wonderful week - I feel so relaxed and recharged! Escape Haven really is an experience worth investing in. The
staff are absolutely amazing and took such great care of everyone.
Transport was always available to take us where we wanted to go, the food was absolutely delicious and the grounds are so beautiful. I chose the yoga option and loved the variety of classes.
The teachers - Marieke and Frankie - are also really lovely. I was a bit nervous because I’m just a beginner but they were really patient and helpful. I stayed in the off-site villa (only 5 mins from the main grounds) and it was beautiful! The bathroom especially.
The staff were also more than happy to drive us to and from the villa if we wanted. Overall, I’m so glad I chose Escape Haven.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge and reconnect.

azing room, food, yoga, spa treatments, excursions but the standout were the thoughtful staff who looked after us,always with hearty smiles, warm embraces, sharing their stories and encouraging ours..
one big happy family...Marika, Frankie, Carolin, Lucy, Poppy, Lisa, Kadek, the magnificent spa staff and the rest of EH team.
I read the reviews and yes EH exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly recommend this amazing experience.

Pure luxury Spent a wonderful week at Escape Haven, yoga morning and night, fantastic food, indulgent spa treatments, fun activities including aerial
yoga, surfing and cycling - yet plenty of 'me-time' - just what the doctored ordered.
Met a wonderful group of women and all of the staff were incredible - such beautiful souls. Enjoyed every minute and would love to go back one day! Definitely worth the investment.

Relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting with amazing staff I came to Escape Haven as a solo traveler because I wanted a week where I could truly relax
and deepen my yoga practice - they delivered on this and so much more. I feel so refreshed and ready to go back to reality with both greater calm and energy.
The yoga classes were phenomenal and highly varied - I especially enjoyed trying aerial yoga for the first time at a nearby studio! The daily spa treatments were so luxurious; my favorites were the deep tissue massage and facial. The food was fresh, healthy, and tasty!
I participated in some fun activities offsite that they arranged - jewelry making, a morning visit to Tanah Lot, and cycling through rice paddies.
The staff was so kind and went to great lengths to ensure that everyone was getting what they needed out of the week. Best of all, I met an amazing group of badass ladies, who I genuinely enjoyed getting to know!

Escape Haven are extraordinary in the way they provide so much love, kindness and caring for each women who is lucky enough to spend a h
eavenly 7 days in surroundings that are so blissfully serene and beautiful.
The staff are outstanding and intuitive, somehow knowing exactly what you need just at the right moment. Nothing is too much trouble.
They greet you with a huge smile and a hug, particularly when it’s needed. You meet wonderful women from all over the world and cry and laugh together. This retreat offers women all the activities that you wouldn’t ordinarily do.
Who would have thought I’d be surfing every day, practicing yoga, meditating, watching the sun rise over rice paddies, massaged whenever I wanted and even shopping locally for the most beautiful flowing dresses and jewellery you can imagine.

Perfect Destination for Learning to Surf
The opportunity to take surfing lessons with other women in a supportive environment first attracted me t
o Escape Haven. Thanks to the amazing staff and their flexible but very well organised programs I achieved my surfing goal and so much more.
The luxury of spa treatments in the afternoon provided the perfect balance to active mornings of sun and surf. If you have the opportunity to experience Escape Haven for yourself, don't hesitate. It is superb!

The best week of my life!!!!
The Escape Haven has given me so much more than just an amazing, relaxing and wholesome week. I've made life long
friends, I have found a new understanding of my body & how it works, & the best gift of all was Yoga.
I did the Ayurveda package & it was life changing. I have had many massages in my time, but none that took me to the places that the Ayurveda treatments did. The massage therapists are the best I have experienced in the world, let-alone Bali.
The treatments seriously took me to another place of bliss. Thank you Escape Haven for healing me & changing my life in a way I didn't know was possible.
